I was just watchng this video "Vision is Better - Episode 36" and realized I have not really taken the opportunity to learn how some of my lenses really work and what I can do with them. In fact, I have a cheap little fisheye lens that I have never used.
So, I have decided that I am going to go out into the local park with a different lens each day (until I have used every one of my lenses) and play with it - see how it works and what I can get from it. I'll post the most interesting one of each day's pictures, with comments about what I have learned, on my picture page.
For zoom lenses, I will use each of them on two days, once at the wide angle end and once at the telephoto end.
Want to give it a try too? Neither of you have the collection of lenses that I have, so you may have a deeper level of experience with each of your lenses and not have lenses that you rarely use. In that case, try using them in a new way than you have tried before. For example, if you always shoot at the long end of the zoom, try using the wide angle lens. Your call....
